Just another report about success, just another success story, or is there something more behind it, this time? Thats the reason why now and then I am whistling happy in my car, to a song with sad lyrics in the radio. Thats quite paradox sometimes, isnt it?But what has this to do with success? Well, we have to go back a little to explain it. Just as music is vibration, our brain works with vibration and vibration we emit into our environment.Perhaps you are familiar with this situation: Its Friday evening, you get ready to go out. You want to go to a party with your friends. It seems to become a real good Friday night. Then you arrive at the party, enter the room, and BANG Somehow everything seems to be depressing, and you would prefer to turn on the threshold. Theres a tense atmosphere. You really feel like everything is loaded and waiting for the spark to discharge.How often do we experience such situations? And how often was this feeling confirmed? I suppose very often. Well recognized, we decide to copy the behavior of our parents or act contrary.You probably heard about affirmations and the practice to write them down and say them loud every day. If so, you probably know already, that they often do not work, when you are not in the proper vibration.Our brain is able to work in different vibration ranges. We are in the beta-stage, when we are awake, and in meditation or in a light sleep in alpha. While we are in the beta-stage the informations are filtered through our conscious mind to protect us and help us to organize the information overload. But when we are in the alpha-stage the affirmations can find their way to the subconscious much better. Our critical mind does not work so effective in this stage.Children are often even in the theta-stage, which facilitate them learning new things. Something that seems so difficult to us in Beta, because we cannot take in informations easily and store them.Back to the issue success and the higher goals we want to achieve. If we could turn ourselves now in a state where our critical mind doesnt work so exactly, it should be possible to program our subconscious mind to a certain success.How can we do this? Well, we can use the fact that our subconscious mind loves pictures. You could say your subconscious thinks in pictures.You can make your brain vibrate in Alpha through meditation. With enough experience and practice you could even achieve the Theta-stage, but be aware that you often fall asleep in this stage. Thats not the real goal, but at least refreshing.;-)When we relax and our brain get to the Alpha-stage, we can make a conscious dream journey. We can visit ourselves in a time, when we already realized our goals. By doing this something very interesting happens. You see yourself succeeding, happy and satisfied. You feel the success, a very moving feeling.Now you can save this feeling, this vibration. The NLP-s would call it to set an anchor. You have to make a certain move or squeeze your arm, leg or the ear in a certain manner, in the moment your happy, successful feeling is at its top. Then repeat this process until the squeeze alone will trigger the feeling of happiness and success.Your subconscious mind cannot distinguish between dream images and the reality. So your dream journey you make repeatedly in your mind programs you to your success.
